Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To offer flexibility while ensuring smooth operations, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Individual Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival:
    Full refund will be processed.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days but more than 72 hours before arrival:
    The amount paid will be retained as credit, valid for future bookings within 3 months from the original arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 48 hours before arrival:
    Retention of 1 night’s stay will apply. Remaining balance will be kept as credit, valid for 60 days from the original arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival:
    Full retention applies. No refund or credit will be provided.

Credit / Debit Card Cancellations

  • All refunds processed via credit or debit cards will incur a 5% transaction fee.

Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Period

During designated holiday seasons including Holi, Durga Puja, and 22nd December to 31st December, all bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-amendable.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

Group booking is defined as 5 rooms or more.

  • Cancelled within 20 days of arrival:
    25% retention of booking amount + 5% card charges (if applicable).
  • Cancelled within 15 days of arrival:
    50% retention of booking amount + 5% card charges (if applicable).
  • Cancelled within 15 days or less:
    100% retention of booking amount.
  • Original payment receipt must be presented for refund processing (if applicable).
  • This policy does not apply to weddings, anniversaries, or partial/full property buyouts where special agreements exist.
  • If a signed agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will supersede this policy.

Date Change Policy for Group Bookings

  • Any postponement will be treated as a cancellation and governed by the cancellation policy.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability and applicable rate differences. The higher of the current or future rate will be charged.

Refund Processing Timeline (Group Bookings)

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • A 5% transaction fee applies for card payments.
