Rules and Regulations

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is at 1:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

3. Room Security

Guests are responsible for their room keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

4. Cyber Security

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Use secure networks for personal or financial information. The resort is not responsible for any data breaches. Guests should not engage in illegal online activities.

5. Noise Policy

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect others and keep noise to a minimum. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited during quiet hours.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests must act respectfully towards others. Any form of harassment or abusive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas; designated smoking areas are provided. Alcohol consumption is permitted in private areas only.

7. Facilities and Amenities

Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and swimming is at your own risk. Please ensure that you have proper swimming costume. The fitness center and the games room are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside shoes are not allowed in the gym.

8. Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, contact the front desk immediately. The resort has a first aid kit and can arrange medical assistance.

9. Environmental Policy

The resort encourages guests to participate in eco-friendly initiatives, such as reducing water and electricity use and properly disposing of waste in recycling bins.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The resort is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property, including vehicles, personal belongings, or valuables. Guests are advised to carry insurance to cover any potential loss.

11. Departure Policy

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you fail to depart by 12:00 PM without prior approval, additional charges may apply for damages and costs incurred.

12. Outside Guest Visitor Policy

All outside visitors must be registered at the front desk. Visitors are only allowed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM and must adhere to all resort policies. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

Registered guests are responsible for their visitors' behavior. Any damage caused by visitors will be charged to the guest's account.
