Terms and Conditions

1. Tariff

The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals and other services are available at extra cost.

2. Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled upon presentation. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted for payment.

3. Company's Lien on Guest's Luggage and Belongings

In the event of a guest's failure to pay dues, the management reserves the right to claim a lien on the guest's luggage and belongings. The management may detain, sell, or auction the property at any time, without prior notice to the guest. The proceeds from the sale will be applied towards the outstanding balance, with the management retaining the right to take further recovery actions if necessary.

4. Departure

Check-out time is at 11 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, kindly inform the reception in advance. Extensions are subject to availability, and if the room is available, the standard tariff will apply. If the room is not vacated by the specified time, the management has the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the room.

5. Luggage Storage

Subject to availability, guests may store their luggage in the designated storage room at their own risk for any loss or damage. Luggage may not be stored for longer than 30 days.

6. Guest's Belongings

Guests are strongly advised to lock their room doors when leaving or while resting. For added security, electronic safety lockers are provided in each room for storing valuables. The management will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings, whether in the room, locker, or elsewhere on the premises, including theft or pilferage.

7. Pets

Our bungalows are pet-friendly, and pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please ensure to request permission for your pet in advance, either through email or the messaging platform on your OTA before arrival. Pets are not allowed in any other areas of the resort premises.

8. Hazardous Goods

The bringing and/or storage of combustible, hazardous, or prohibited goods, such as raw or exposed cinema films, flammable materials, drugs, weapons, contraband, animals, or pungent foods, is strictly prohibited. The guest will be solely responsible for any damages or losses caused by such items, including financial liability, and must comply with all relevant safety regulations. The hotel is not liable for any consequences resulting from negligence or failure to observe these instructions.

9. Damage to Property

The guest is liable for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property by themselves, their guests, or anyone under their responsibility.

10. Management's Rights

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and not cause any nuisance or disturbance within the hotel premises. The management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate their room or any other area of the hotel without prior notice and without providing a reason. If the guest fails to comply, the management has the right to remove the guest's belongings from the room.

11. Relationship Between Management and Guest

These terms do not create any tenancy, sub-tenancy, or other rights to occupy or interact with any part of the hotel premises. The management retains full and absolute possession of the hotel at all times.

12. Government Rules, Regulations, and Applicable Laws

Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and government regulations in force during their stay.

13. Photographs and Videos

Using photographs and videos taken on the hotel premises for commercial or public purposes is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in legal action.
