Shipping and Delivery Policy

Note: During Poush Mela and Basanta Utsav, no refunds will be provided for any bookings.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to bookings and purchases made directly through our resort's website, mobile application, or authorized channels.

2. Reservation Confirmations:

Upon completing a reservation, guests will receive a confirmation email or message with the booking details. This serves as proof of your reservation and is required for check-in at the resort. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us at [Contact Us]

Refund Percentage of Deduction on Advance:

  • Cancellations made between four to seven days prior to arrival: 20% of the room charge will be deducted.
  • Cancellations made three days or less before arrival: No refund will be issued.

6. Changes and Cancellations:
